A poorly configured 3,700 sq ft vacant unit was transformed into a contemporary CAT A + workplace to appeal to creative and tech companies increasingly locating to this part of the city.

We removed an existing partition wall to open up the floor and flood it with natural light, and replaced it with a timber and steel grid shelving system.  This effectively divided the kitchen and break out space whilst maintaining its connection to the office floor.

Bleacher style seating provides the target tech/creative occupier with flexible space for collaborative team meetings and company presentations with a large, contemporary kitchen acting as the central hub.  Additional pockets of soft seating are dotted around for people to socialise or work independently.

At the opposite end of the floor, two fully glazed meeting rooms maximise natural light whilst subtly patterned, geometric carpets and colour blocked walls inject character.  Textural furniture and quirky accessories combined with an energising colour scheme in cobalt blue, acid orange and putty pink deliver a contemporary finished scheme.
