Situated in a core City of London location, EPD overhauled the interior entrance of this Grade II listed multi-let office building.

A interior design scheme in line with the value conscious brief, made the most of the small floor area by applying high impact colours and luxurious fabrics to create a statement lounge space with wow factor.

As there was no requirement or space for a traditional reception desk, focal drama was created through choice pieces of beautifully designed furniture against a dramatic apple green backdrop.

Existing flooring was retained due to budget constraints and a contemporary colour palette of cool grey, dark blue and green was layered with deep orange mohair lounge chairs to add warmth. Brass and marble lighting fixtures, geometrically shaped furniture with smart bronze hardware and signage add to the tactility and overall visual impact of this otherwise small and underwhelming space.
