Quay Place is a multi-let courtyard scheme comprised of 6 buildings and centrally located on one of Birmingham’s primary canals.

EPD has been instructed to lead the interior design of the scheme, including 4 reception refurbishments, a marketing suite, a new communal cafe, shower facilities, Cat A + fit-out of vacant units, enhancement of facades.

A bold and contemporary design scheme using an interesting colour palette and a varied mix of materials, transforms Quay Place into a destination in its own right with a strong and unique presence in the Birmingham market.

The feasibility study has now been completed with the Concept Design approved.
