Instructed by the Landlord, Kajima, we worked closely with the project team to refresh this prominent post-modern building in the heart of Marylebone including:

EPD refreshed the end-of-trip facilities and Reception by including smart new showers, green walls, bespoke lighting design, signage and new furniture.

On the first floor, the Cat-A+ refurbishment involved stripping the previous occupier fit-out including numerous cellular offices alongside ceiling alterations, new LEDs, decorative lighting, and the addition of new zoom rooms designed for remote meetings.

EPD envisioned a space that combined the comfort and warmth of a residential setting with the functionality and practicality required for a commercial workplace. Multiple break-out spaces, zoom rooms and a large sociable kitchen area were incorporated into the design. Earthy colours, materials and textures were applied throughout to create an elegant, warm and inviting ambience befitting the Marylebone location  The light and bright space now supports collaboration, social interaction & productivity, with a unique look & feel to appeal to target tenants.
