Design a series of ‘Plug & Play’ show suites to turn vacant, empty units into desirable spaces for potential tenants

Building on the signature style we developed for the Coda Lounge, Meeting Room, Gym complex, EPD designed and styled 11 vacant units on site.

Each with their own distinctive look, they were fitted out with workstations, soft seating, dining furniture and updated tea points, enabling tenants to get going from day 1 of occupation.

Furniture and accessories were creatively sourced from a wide variety or suppliers to ensure speedy and highly cost-conscious installation of the units.  A number of which were turned around in 5 days, from instruction to installation.
